Carmen has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma since 2016 and has a total of 13 years of experience in the mental health field. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Family Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2007 and a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2013.Carmen uses a client-centered approach while working with individuals, teens and up, who are struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, grief/loss and other mental health diagnoses and life situations. She also has experience working with families who are dealing with communication issues.Carmen is a Christian but welcomes anyone from any belief system or walk of life into her office with unconditional acceptance and positive regard.
